Once you have chosen a property, the lender needs to check its value and structural condition.

It's vital to get a survey done by a reputable company and use a surveyor who has in-depth knowledge of the area. For this reason, B-Spoke Mortgages only use local surveyors who have many years experience.

The cost of a survey depends on the value of the property and the thoroughness of the report. The different types will be fully explained with advice on which type may best suit the property you are buying.

We can organise your survey for you at no extra cost and have negotiated preferential fees for our clients, with discounts applicable should you be unsuccessful with your offer and require second or subsequent surveys.
